General
With the Shure SM4, making studio-quality recordings is easy as one, two, three. This condenser microphone is suited for vocals as well as a wide range of instruments and features a brass capsule for clear, true-to-life sound. The broad dynamic range supports both delicate guitar strumming and rowdy brass, while the built-in pop filter keeps popping sounds like plosives at bay. You can even mount the included external pop filter to be assured of maximum protection against those Ps and Bs. Another great plus is that the SM4 has been magnetically shielded, which means that you can safely have your phone out near it to check the lyrics or chords. In addition to the microphone and external pop filter, the Shure SM4-K-Kit includes a shock mount and a soft case.
